I would like to send a quick note of appreciation. December 2012, Mary Thomas sold our property at 19901 SW 81 Ct, Cutler Bay, FL. She made the sale and whole experience painless. Prior to hiring Mary, we endured the lies of other realtors. They attempted to intimidate my mother, an ill woman, into selling below market value. We had been told by one realtor in particular, that the house would only sell for 110,000, maybe 120,000 at best. When we explained that would not be feasible, he resorted to scare tactics. He explained the market was bad, the house was a mess and those were the highest prices we could hope for. Needless to say, we don't scare easy.
